Resepi Sayyadiah

Bahan-bahan

300gm beras-dicuci bersih

1 labu bawang besar- dicincang halus

1 sudu teh lada hitam kasar

2 sudu teh garam

600 ml air panas

2 sudu makan minyak zaitun- untuk menumis

500gm isi ikan siakap- potong sebesar4x8cm

1 sudu makan air perahan lemon

2 ulas bawang putih dikisar halus

1/2 sudu teh serbuk jintan

100 gm tepung gandum

 

Bahan-bahan pelengkap:

1 biji lemon dipotong2

2 tangkai daun sup dipotong2

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak zaitun. Tumis bawangbesar hingga kekuningan.
  2. Masukkan beras. Kacau rata. Masukkan air panas,garam dan lada hitam kasar. Kacau rata. Masak dengan api kecil, sambil ditutup hingga masak.
  3. Lumurkan ikan dengan air perahan lemon,garam lada hitam kasar,bawang putih dan serbuk jintan. Perapkan selama 15 minit.
  4. Lumurkan ikan dengan tepung gandum
  5. Goreng dengan minyak yang telah dipanaskan hingga masak dan warna menjadi coklat.
  6. Hidangkan nasi bersama ikan tadi.
