Resepi Ketam Goreng Taucu

Bahan-Bahannya:
Ketam...
Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Cili kering yang siap dikisar
Kicap manis Kipas Udang
Oyster Sauce
Tauchu
Sedikit lada hitam yang ditumbuk halus
Tomota Sauce
Sedikit gula, Air, Garam

Cara-Caranya:

-Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili kering. Biarkan sehingga cili betul-betul
garing.
-Setelah bahan-bahan di atas garing masukkan Tauchu (lebih kurang 2-3 sudu bergantung
kepada berapa ekor ketam - tidak boleh terlalu banyak juga sebab tauchu ni telah sedianya
masin) , kicap manis kipas udang , oyster sauce , tomato sauce , sedikit lada hitam , gula ,
sedikit air dan garam secukup rasa.
Masukkan ketam dan gaulkan sehingga sebati . Tutupkan kuali semasa menunggu ketam
masak supaya sos kita tidak kering dan hangus.
Cubalah....
P/S Tips : Halia tidak digunakan kerana penggunaannya akan menghilangkan rasa isi ketam
