Bahan A:
5 biji telur kuning
150 ml pati nutrifres
150 gm tepung berserbuk penaik
75 gm gula kastor
5 sudu teh minyak jagung
Bahan B:
5 telur putih
1/2 sudu teh krim tartar
75 gm gula kastor
Bahan C:
1 biji Buah Oren
Cara Membuat Kek Chifon Oren:
1. Masukkan semua ramuan A kedalam mangkuk adunan. Gunakan sikat kecil dan gaulkan dalam satu arah hingga halus dan tercampur rata.
2. Masukkan telur putih dan krim tartar kedalam mangkuk adunan, gaulkan dengan cepat sehingga berbentuk buih.
3. Masukkan gula perlahan-lahan. Terus gaulkan telur putih menjadi kaku dan tidak kering( telur putih berbentuk menjadi puncak kecil)
4. Tuangkan masuk adunan A . Gunakan sikat kecil dan gaulkan dalam satu arah sehingga halus dan tercampur rata.
5. Tuangkan kedalam tin kek chifon 8.5" yang tidak berminyak.
6. Bakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 150 darjah celcius selama kira kira 30 minit sehingga berwarna keperangan. Tukar kepada suhu 180 darjah celsius dan terus membakar sehingga masak dan berwarna kekuningan.
7. Keluarkan dari ketuhar, terbalikkan dan biarkan sejuk. Parutkan kulit oren dan taburkan diatas Kek Chifon .Selamat menjamu selera Kek Chifon Oren.

 Flat Bread Recipes (Khubz/Eish)

Ingredients Flat Bread
6 cup plain flour
1 package active dry yeast
2 cup warm water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil

Preparation Flat Bread
Sift flour into a large mixing bowl and warm in a low oven.

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water, add remaining water and stir in salt and sugar.

Remove about 2 cups flour from bowl and set aside. Pour yeast liquid into center and stir in some flour to make a thick liquid. Cover with cloth and leave in a warm place until frothy.

Stir in rest of flour, adding oil gradually, then beat until smooth, either by hand for 10 minutes, or on electric mixer using dough hook for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle some of the reserved flour onto a board, turn out dough and knead for 10 minutes, using more flour as required. Dough is ready when it is smooth and satiny with a slightly wrinkled texture. Shape dough into a ball.

Oil bowl, put in dough smooth side down then turn over so that top is coated with oil. Stretch plastic wrap over bowl and leave in a warm place to rise until almost doubled in bulk -- about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Preheat oven.

Punch down dough and turn out onto lightly floured board. Knead for a minute or so, then divide into 8 equal pieces, rolling each into a ball.

Roll each piece into a 25 cm (10 inch) round and place on a lightly floured cloth. Cover with another cloth and leave for 20 minutes.

Heat a large baking sheet or flat griddle on the lowest shelf in an electric oven; in a gas oven select the section of the oven with the most heat, probably near the top.

Place a round of dough on a lightly floured baking sheet with one flat edge or on a piece of plywood, spreading it evenly. Shake to ensure that it will slide off easily.

Rub heated baking sheet or griddle with wad of paper towel dipped in oil then slide dough onto it. Bake in hot oven for 4-5 minutes until it puffs up like a balloon. If you would like it browned on top, turn quickly and leave for a minute. Remove bread and wrap in a cloth to keep it warm and soft. Bake remaining loaves.

To bake in an electric fry pan (a good alternative if your gas oven does not heat evenly):
Preheat fry pan on highest setting with metal lid on, vent closed. When heated, oil base quickly and slide dough onto base. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, remove lid, turn bread over, re-cover and cook further 2 minutes.Finish already Flat Bread Recipes

Bahan-bahan Kek Keju Strawberry:
Bahan A:
200gm krim keju
30 gm mentega
100 ml susu
70 gm gula
Bahan B:
20 gm tepung gandum
60gm tepung rendah protein
Bahan C:
4 biji telur kuning
Bahan D:
4 biji telur putih
1/8 sudu krim teh tar tar
100 gm gula
Sedikit garam
Cara Membuatnya:
1. Alaskan tin bulat 20 cm springform dengan kertas minyak. Balut luar tin dengan kerajang aluminium.
2. Masukkan semua bahan bahan dari A kedalam mangkuk adunan dan kacau keatas dandang stim sehingga krim keju cair dan konsistensi menyerupai pes tebal.
3. Campurkan bahan B kedalam krim keju cair sehingga sebati. Masukkan telur kuning dan gaulkan sehingga sebati.
4. Secara berasingan, pukul telur putih dengan krim tartar sehingga berbuih, masukkan gula dan terus memukul hingga lembut.
5. Secara perlahan-lahan, gaulkan campuran telur putih kedalam campuran keju dari langkah 3.
6. Tuangkan adunan keju kedalam springform tin dan stim pada suhu 160 darjah celcius selama 40 minit atau hingga masak.
7. Keluarkan kek dari ketuhar, buka acuan serta merta dan biarkan sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam.
8. Akhir sekali hiasilah kek keju tersebut dengan buah strawberry dan buah blueberry. Selamat menjamu selera Kek Keju Strawberry.

Toast Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients Toast Stuffed Chicken

Slices of fresh toast
Skinned and boneless pieces of chicken
Slices of fried chopped onion
Sumac
Dry thyme
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Normal flour
Whisked eggs
Bread crumbs
Frying oil

Method Toast Stuffed Chicken:


• Cut edges from the toast (can be used in making of bread crumbs). Press them.
• Cut and slice the chicken in thin slices and mix with onion. Add sumac, thyme, olive. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
• Put a suitable amount of the filling on one edge of the toast, roll it to take the shape of a finger, and then press it.
• Roll on the flour and dip it in the whisked egg. Roll it in bread crumbs. Make sure it is covered either with flour or bread crumbs.
• Put in the refrigerator for an hour to stiffen. (They could be put in plastic bags and kept in the freezer to be used later.
• Fry in preheated oil until it becomes brown. Put on kitchen towel paper to absorb excess oil.

Bahan bahan:

1 pek biskut Oreo di bahagikan

1/3 cawan mentega atau marjerin, dicairkan

3 pek keju krim philadelphia, dilembutkan

3/4 cawan gula

1 cawan krim masam

1 sudu teh vanilla

4 biji telur

Cara Membuatnya:

1. Panaskan oven sehingga suhu 350 darjah farenhight untuk acuan springform warna perak atau 325F untuk acuan tidak melekat springform warna hitam saiz 9 inci. Hancurkan 30 keping biskut Oreo hingga halus. Potong 15 keping baki biskut menjadi kepingan kecil. Gaul sehingga rata biskut yang hancur dengan mentega. Padatkan adunan atas acuan kek keju hingga 2 inci.

2. Pukul keju krim dan gula dalam mangkuk besar dengan pengadun elektrik berkelajuan sederhana sehingga kembang. Kemudian tambahkan krim masam dan vanilla. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji, pukul dengan kelajuan rendah sehingga semua bahan menjadi sebati.

3. Masukkan biskut yang dihancurkan dan kacaudengan perlahan. Tuangkan adunan kek kedalam lapisan biskut yang telah disediakan. Bakar selama 55 minit sehingga satu jam, atau sehingga kek sudah terbentuk dan balut dengan kertas timah pada 15-20 minit yang terakhir. Sejukkan kek di redai kuih.

4. Masukkan kedalam peti sejuk untuk sekurang-kurangnya 4 jam. Sisipkan pisau atau spatula logam disisi acuan untuk keluarkan kek keju oreo.

Ingredients Stuffed Bread with Sausage and vegetables

For the dough
1 Tbs yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 ½ Cup Warm water
3 Cup Flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs oil

For filling
½ Kilo beef sausage
1 Onion, sliced
1 Cup bell pepper (green, yellow, and red), sliced
Salt and pepper
1 Cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Oats for decoration

Method for cook Stuffed Bread with Sausage and vegetables:

 - Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water for 10 minutes or until foamy stir for.
- Flour and salt in an electric mixer on low speed.
- Produced oil and yeast mixture, with continuous mixing for 5 minutes or until a soft dough.
- Put the dough into a ball, give a greased bowl, cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
- For the filling flavor, cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, onion and pepper and stir for 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper, set aside to cool.
- Cut the dough into equal parts, roll on a lightly floured surface into rectangles.
- Fill sausage on one side of the edges, roll up dough with mozzarella then into the cylinder
(Seal sides of dough when rolling). Repeat with the remaining amount.
- In a baking pan (sealed side down), rinse with water then sprinkle oats.
- Cover and keep in a warm place, let rise for another half hour.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes for bread size, cool and slice before serving Stuffed Bread with Sausage and vegetables recipe.

3. Tambahkan susu sejat penuh krim IDEAL , kicap manis dan bahan perasa. Masak sehingga daging tersebut lembut.

Perencah gulai kawah
1/2 cawan santan
Bahan B
500 gm daging lembu
2 cawan air/ 400 ml
1 1/2 cawan/ 300 ml santan

Cara Membuatnya:
1. Tumiskan perencah gulai kawah bersama 1/2 cawan/ 100 ml santan selama 5 minit.
2. Masukkan 500 gm daging lembu dan kacau selama 1 minit.
3. Masukkan 400 ml / 2 cawan air dan masak hingga empuk.
4. Tambahkan 1 1/2 cawan /300 ml santan dan masak sehingga agak pekat.
5. Tambahkan garam ,gula secukup rasa..siap untuk dinikmati gulai kawah kelantan dengan nasi panas.

Cara Penyediaan Dressing Halia Dan Jintan Putih
1. Campurkan semua bahan-bahan. Gaul rata dan sebati
2. Bubuh perasa dan siap untuk digunakan.

Cara Penyediaan
1. Bersihkan udang dan rebus. Jangan buang kepala dan ekor udang tadi.
2. Bakar mangga yang masih belum dikupas kulit.
3. Bubuh salad mesclun di atas pinggan. Letakkan mangga yang telah dibakar di atas salad mesclun ini.
4. Susun aturkan udang diatas mangga dibakar.
5. Tuangkan dressing halia dan jintan putih pada bahagian atas udang dan mangga.
