Brownies Coklat Keju

Resepi Brownies Coklat Keju

 

Bahan-bahannya ialah:

  • 200 gm mentega, tawar sejuk
  • 150 gm marjerin
  • 150 gm gula pasir halus
  • 1/4 sudu teh garam
  • 100 gram krim keju, lembutkan
  • 150 gm coklat masakan hitam, dipotong dan dicairkan
  • 6 biji telur
  • 300 gm tepung gandum
  • 50 gm serbuk koko
  • 1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
Cara membuat Brownies Coklat Keju :

  1. Pukul mentega,majerin,gula pasir halus dan garam selama 7 minit sehingga lembut. Masukkan krim keju dan coklat cair. Pukul rata.
  2. Masukkan telur satu persatu berselang selikan dengan sebahagian tepung gandum sambil diayak dan dipukul rata.
  3. Masukkan baki tepung gandum,serbuk koko dan serbuk penaik sambil diayak dan dipukul rata.
  4. Tuangkan adunan sehingga memenuhi tinggi acuan muffin sederhana yang telah dilapik dengan cawan kertas.
  5. Bakar pada suhu ketuhar 180'C selam 20 minit sehingga masak.
  6. Siap untuk dihidangkan Brownies Coklat Keju
