Pulut Lemak Serunding Udang

Resepi Pulut Lemak Serunding Udang
Bahan-Bahan:
800g pulut direndam dan ditos airnya
600ml santan
1 sudu teh garam

Bahan serunding Udang:
1 biji kelapa parut diambil putihnya
200g udang segar dipotong kecil
100g udang kering direndam dan dikisar
6 biji cili merah- dibuang biji dan dikisar
4 ulas bawang merah-dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih-dikisar
2 batang serai -dikisar
2 helai daun kunyit dimayang halus
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
1/2 sudu teh jintan manis-dikisar
1/2 sudu teh jintan putih dikisar
garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara memasak:
- Campurkan beras pulut bersama separuh santan lalu dikukus sehingga setengah masak.
-Tambahkan separuh lagi santan dan gaul rata keatas pulut. kukus lagisehingga pulut masak

- Angkat dan tekapkan mengikut citarasa yang diinginkan.Ketepikan

- Untuk penyediaan serunding udang,panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan kisar sehingga naik baunya.

- Masukkan udang segar,serbuk kunyit dan juga kelapa parut. Biarkan mendidih dan kuahnya menjadi kering.

- akhir sekali, masukkan daun kunyit dan perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukupnya
