Resepi Kerang Bakar Dengan Sos Tauchu Telur

Bahan-bahan Bakar:

1 kg kerang

Bahan-bahan Sos Tauchu Telur:

1 ulas bawang merah - dimayang halus

1 ulas bawang putih - dimayang halus

1.5 sm halia - dihiris

1 batang serai - di ketuk

5 biji cili padi

2 sudu besar tauchu

1 biji telur

1 sudu tepung ubi

Cara menyediakannya:

1. Bersihkan kerang dan bakar sehingga masak. Asingkan

2. Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih,halia,cili padi dan serai sehinga naik bau.

3. Kemudian masukkan tauchu diikuti telur dan juga tepung ubi. Kacau hingga rata. Siap dinikmati bersama kerang bakar.
