Resepi Pulut Mangga Thai Special

Bahan-bahan

1 cawan beras pulut - rendam semalaman
1 cawan santan
1/4 sudu kecil garam
3-4 sudu makan gula perang
1 sudu makan tepung jagung
daun pandan
mangga - kupas dan hiris

Cara-cara
1.Panaskan kukusan. Kukus beras pulut hingga setengah masak.

2.Masukkan 1/4 cwn santan yg telah digaul dengan garam. Masukkan skali daun pandan. Kukus lagi hingga pulut masak.

3.Periuk lain, satukan baki santan, daun pandan dan juga gula perang (kemanisan ikut selera anda ). Masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan tepung jagung utk kuah yg agak pekat.

4.Utk hidangan - Sendukkan pulut ke dalam bekas. Tuang kuah santan dan hidangkan dengan hirisan mangga.

5.Siap untuk dinikmati, bersama Mango Shake
