 Resepi Nasi Rumpai Laut

 

Bahan-bahan

4 cawan Beras panjang

4 cawan air

3 ulas bawang putih dihiris

5 keping rumpai laut

4 sudu besar minyak sapi

Sedikit garam

 

Cara menyediakannya:

1. Tumiskan bawang putih sehingga wangi

2. Masukkan air dan garam secukup rasa. Biarkan mendidih.

3. Kemudian masukkan beras dan tanak sehingga masak.

4. Setelah nasi masak, sejukkan.

5. Ambil satu keping rumpai laut, letakkan sedikit nasi diatasnya. Gulung kemas dan hidangkan mengikut kreativiti anda.
