459 gm tepung roti

92 gm gula kastor

46 gm margerin

6 gm garam

7 gm pelembut roti

9 gm tepung susu

1 butir telur

6 gm yis kering

184 ml air sejuk


Bahan Untuk Inti

50 gm inti kacang merah

Sedikit bijan untuk hiasan


Cara membuatnya:


1. Masukkan semua bahan didalam mesin penguli kecuali margerin

2. Uli adunan sehingga menjadi doh. Kemudian masukkan margerin dan uli sehingga sebati.

3. Bahagikan doh tadi kepada bahagian yang lebih kecil iaitu 70 gm setiap bahagian.

4. Biarkan seketika doh tersebut selama 30 minit. Kemudian barulah bentukkan doh dan isikan dengan kacang inti kacang.

5. Biarkan seketika sehingga doh menjadi kembang. Akhir sekali taburkan sedikit bijan keatas roti yang sudah siap dibentuk.

6. Bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 210 drjh selsius , selama 25 minit. Sedia untuk dihidangkan...
