6 biji telur ayam- rebus dan ambil kuningnya

1 cawan gula halus

2 cawan tepung gandum

2 cawan tepung jagung

1 cawan mentega 

1 cawan gula

Sedikit pewarna merah


Cara menyediakan:

1. Telur kuning dihancurkan dan digaul bersama mentega dan gula.

2. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung jagung serta sedikit pewarna merah, uli sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut.

3. Bungkus doh didalam plastik dan sejukkan selama dua jam didalam peti sejuk.

4. Terapkan doh mengikut acuan yang digemari. Bakar pada suhu 180 celsius selama 20 minit.

5. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
