RESEPI BISKUT PERMATA

:: RESEPI BISKUT PERMATA ::

Bahan-bahan:
4 biji telur ayam
11/2 cawan gula
5 cawan tepung gandum
4 sudu teh serbuk penaik
11/2 cawan margerin
4 sudu besar gula pasir
Pewarna merah

Cara memasak:
1. Gaul gula pasir dengan pewarna merah dan jemur di bawah cahaya matahari sehingga kering.
2. Ayak tepung gandum dengan serbuk penaik.
3. Rebus telur dan ambil kuningnya saja dan hancur-hancurkan.
4. Pukul gula halus dengan marjerin sampai kembang.
5. Masukkan merah telur ke dalam adunan tadi.
6. Masukkan pula tepung gandum yang telah dicampur serbuk penaik dan gaul rata sehingga menjadi doh.
7. Ambil sedikit doh dan canaikan sehingga sederhana tebal. Terap dengan acuan kesukaan.
8. Taburkan gula pasir ke atas biskut.
9. Bakar di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 150 darjah selsius selama 15 minit atau sehingga biskut masak.
