Resepi Kari kepala Ikan Jenahak

Bahan-bahan
Kepala Ikan Jenahak @ Ikan Lain
100gm bawang merah
50gm bawang putih
50gm cili kering
30gm biji sawi
1 sudu halba campur
4 sudu besar serbuk kari ikan
1 cawan santan pekat
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Air asam jawa
2 cawan air
Daun kari

Cara Membuat
  1. Campurkan bahan kisar, santan pekat, serbuk kari ikan dan garam dalam mangkuk.
  2. Tumiskan bawang merah,halba campur dan daun kari sehingga naik bau wangi.
  3. Masukkan campuran santan tadi dan tumis lagi.Kacau sekali sekala dan tunggu hingga pecah minyak.Masukkan biji sawi.
  4. Masukkan ikan,air,air asam jawa dan gula.Kalau kuah agak pekat, bolehlah tambah air lagi.
  5. Masak hingga kuah agak pekat
  6. Angkat dan sedia untuk dihidangkan Kari Kepala Ikan Jenahak
