Ketupat Daun Palas Versi Kelantan

2 kilo pulut
3 biji kelapa - diambil santan atau beli 1 kilo santan segera
Garam dan gula secukup rasa.

Cara
Pulut direndam semalaman. Boleh juga rendam sebelah pagi dan diguna sebelah petang. Kukus pulut sahaja. Dah masak, angkat. Gaul pulut dengan santan. Kacau rata. Santan telah dimasukkan dengan gula dan garam terlebih dahulu.

Bungkus pulut dalam daun palas hingga habis. Sediakan periuk. Lapisan bawah sekali diletak saki baki daun palas yang tidak diperlukan lagi. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengelakkan ketupat dari menjadi hangit. Letak ketupat palas di atasnya. Masukkan air. Pastikan tuang air sehingga separuh dari tinggi ketupat. Rebus ketupat sehingga air menjadi kering. Siap untuk dihidang.
