Putri Mandi (versi kelantan)

Bahannya:
=======

2 cawan Tepung pulut
1sdt garam
1 cawan air (Perahan air daun pandan)
1.2 cawan kelapa parut- ambil yang putih sahaja
3/4 cawan gula ( mengikut rasa)
2 helai daun pandan
Pewarna


Caranya:
======

Tepung pulut diayak dan kemudian dicampurkan dengan air perahan daun pandan yang telah dilarutkan dengan garam.
Letakkan air sedikit dan uli sehingga tepung tidak lagi melekat di tangan mahupun disekeliling mangkuk.



Bulat2kan adunan sebesar guli dan kemudian tekankan ditengah.

Sementara itu, panaskan air didalam periuk.

Apabila air telah mendidih, masukkan doh yang telah dibulat2kan tadi.
Apabila doh timbul, bermakna, ianya telah masak.

Di dalam periuk lain, masakkan gula bersama 1 cawan air dan daun pandan.
Apabila telah menggelegak, masukkan kelapa dan biarkan sehingga mendidih.
Sekiranya terlalu cair,letakkan sedikit tepung jagung.
Masukkan doh yang telah direbus tadi dan biarkan sebentar.
Angkat dan hidangkan.
