Resepi Fish Fillet Sos Cendawan


4 keping fish fillet
1/2 camca garam
2 camca serbuk lada hitam
2 sudu makan jus limau nipis
1 sudu makan mentega
1 sudu makan kunyit

Bahan Sos Cendawan
50 gm bawang -cincang kasar
100gm cendawan butang-hiris tipis
75 ml susu cair
1 camca lada sulah
1 sudu makan mentega
Sedikit garam

Cara Cara

• Lomor fillet dengan garam,lada
hitam, kunyit dan jus limau nipis.
Perap 30 minit. Panaskan mentega,
goreng fillet hingga kekuningan.

Untuk menyiapkan sos:
• Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang
cincang dan cendawan hingga layu.
• Masukkan susu cair, kacau rata.
Masukkan garam dan lada sulah.
• Masak hingga mendidih, siram dan
tuang ke atas fillet.
