Lepat Jagung Manis

RESEPI LEPAT JAGUNG MANIS

Bahan-bahan:
1) 1 cawan tepung beras
2) ½ cawan tepung jagung
3) ½ cawan tepung gandum
4) 1 cawan gula
5) 3 cawan santan
6) 2 tongkol jagung Manis dihiris
7) 1 sudu teh garam
8) Daun pisang secukupnya (salai diatas api)

Cara:
1) Gaul sebati semua bahan kecuali jagung manis dan daun pisang. Tapiskan.
2) Masukkan jagung manis dan kacau rata.
3) Masakkan adunan sehingga kental.
4) Panaskan kukusan.
5) Ambil sekeping daun pisang, letakkan 2 sudu adunan jagung manis ditengah-tengahnya
secara memanjang. Balut adunan itu dengan lipat kedua-dua hujung daun itu ke bawah supaya
menjadi lipatan berukuran 12x11 cm. Buat sehingga habis.
6) Kukus selama setengah jam atau hingga masak.

Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
