Resepi Nasi Beriani Johor

RESEPI NASI BERIANI JOHOR

Berikut adalah resepi nasi beriani Johor:-

Bahan-bahan:
3 cawan beras basmathi
3 cawan air (bergantung kpd jenis beras yg digunakan samada perlu tambah/kurang)
1/2 cawan susu cair
1/2 cawan tairu (plain/natural yogurt)
3 sudu besar minyak sapi
50 g gajus } digoreng
50 g kismis
1 sudu besar air mawar
sedikit pewarna kuning
1 sudu kecil rempah beriani
6 ulas bawang merah } dikisar
4 ulas bawang putih } dikisar
1 sm halia } dikisar
1 inci kulit kayu manis
1 kuntum bunga lawang
2 biji buah pelaga
4 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 helai daun pandan } disimpul
2 tangkai daun pudina } dihiris sepanjang 2 cm
3 tangkai daun ketumbar } dihiris sepanjang 2 cm
garam secukup rasa
sedikit bawang goreng } hiasan

Cara membuat:
Panaskan minyak dan tumis kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga dan cengkih hingga naik baunya.
Masukkan bahan-bahan yg dikisar serta rempah beriani tumis lagi hingga pecah minyak.
Masukkan daun pandan, air, susu cair, garam dan yogurt, Setelah mendidih, masukkan beras dan tutup periuk.
Apabila nasi kering, masukkan daun pudina, daun ketumbar, kismis, gajus, renjiskan air mawar dan pewarna kuning, Kacau/gemburkan perlahan-lahan dgn menggunakan garpu.
Tutup periuk dan biarkan berwap kembali selama lebih kurang 20 minit.
Angkat bolehlah ditaburkan dengan bawang goreng.
