Gulai ikan tongkol Versi kelantan
Berikut resepi gulai ikan tongkol versi kelantan:-

Bahan:
1 ekor ikan tongkol yg sederhana beso - rebus dgn sedikit garam, asam keping n sehiris dua kunyit hidup [kalau takde ganti je dgn tenggiri or ganti ayam pun bleh gak]
2 tbsp serbuk ketumbar
1 tsp jintan manis
1 tsp jintan putih
dikisar halus2:
10 cili kering - seeded, rendam n toskan
6 bwg merah
4 bwg putih
halia
lengkuas sket
asam keping/ belimbing buluh
4 cawan santan dari 1 1/2 biji kelapa [ kalau kelapa beso sebiji pun dah cukup..ikut suka nak lemak ke tak]
cili padi [atau leh ganti dgn cili merah dan hijau yg dibelah 2]
gula melaka sket
garam secukup rasa
1. renih santan dlm periuk..
2. masukkan bahan kisar dan rempah ke dalm santan.. kacau rata n renih lagi hingga mendidih..
3. masukkan ikan, asam keping dan gula melaka..perisakan garam secukupnya
4. masak hingga agak pekat then masukkan cili padi dan belimbing[kalau guna belimbing.. asam keping tu taruk skettt je]
5. renih sampai agak2 dah pecah minyak tu.. then bleh la diangkat
